Enrollment Process

At Key2Careers College we have a simple, admissions process to admit potential students. Our policies and procedures are based on provincial and national standards for private colleges, which ensure that our students will receive the most relevant assessment relative to their career training needs.

The Process (Local Students)

Step 1: Meet with an Admissions Representative At the first meeting, we will discuss your goals and aspirations, you will learn more about our programs. Once you have selected the program, pay $85 as application processing fee & submit copies of your School/College/University certificates/transcripts.

Step 2: Complete an Assessment Test
This test is designed to assess some of the essential skills and abilities that are required to successfully complete our diploma and certificate programs.

Step 3: Finalize Financing and Registration
We will assist you in determining your most suitable financing opportunities and make sure that all your registration information is current and complete.

Step 4: Start your Program
Your first day is the beginning of a new age in your chosen career. In twelve months or less you can finish your studies and begin your new career.

The Process

International Students

Step 1:

Please visit or home page www.key2careers.net and click on the online International student application form which should be filled and submitted. If you have any problem, click on link below:

Send by Mail/Courier

There are a number of important documents you will need to send for entry to Key2Careers College. These documents must be mailed/couriered to us at: Key2Careers College, 920 Yonge Str, Suite 802, Toronto, Ontario, M4W3C7, Canada

. A completed International Application Form which can be printed from www.key2careers.net & filled.

.Translated and Attested/Notarized copies of records (education certificates & transcripts) that prove you have achieved academic standing equal to 12 years of primary and secondary education for postsecondary programs, or completion of a university or college program for postgraduate programs.

. Proof of English Language Proficiency, varying depending on program/level of entry. Evidence of having scored at least 5.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) OR Evidence of having scored at least 550 on the paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or at least 213 on the computer-based TOEFL. Students who do not have Proof of English Language Proficiency will still be admitted but will be required to do a 12 week Advanced English Course first before the diploma program.

. $150 application fee. This can be paid by bank draft or wire transfer. In case of wire transfer, students should scan a copy of the bank slip & email it to us at : marketing@key2careers.net

. Passport Copies

Step 2:

Upon receipt of your application we will check your eligibility and may request additional information if required before confirming your admission through formal conditional Letter of Acceptance (LOA) usually sent by email. This cannot be used to obtain a Visa/study permit.

Step 3:

On receiving this EmailConditional Letter of Acceptance (LOA)., you will be required to send a non-refundable registration deposit of CDN$ 500 or USD$480 which can be couriered to us as a draft or wire transferred to the following account.

Step 4:

Upon receipt of the registration deposit we will mail/courier the Unconditional Letter of Acceptance.

Step 5:

Upon receipt of your Unconditional Letter of Acceptance we recommend that you should wire transfer the 25% advance fee payment as many Canadian Consulates in different countries ask for proof of Tuition payment before giving the visa/study permit. However from our side this is not mandatory.

Step 6:

Visit your nearest Canadian High Commission to file your Canadian Student Visa application at least 3 months in advance of your program start date. Make sure you provide them with a fully completed and accurate Application Form, and all supporting documents, and act as per their requirement for the positive outcome of your visa application. Do not forget to attach the tuition fee receipt if 25% Tuition has been paid.

Step 7:

You should inform us the outcome of your Canadian Student Visa application immediately once you hear from the Canadian High Commission.

.If approved, proceed with 75% balance due fee payments and make sure to arrive in Canada on time to register and start your study.

. If un-approved, either you can request a revised Letter of Acceptance from us or fee refund request along-with a copy of your Visa Refusal letter issued by Canadian High Commission and we will act accordingly. Refund is usually processed in 60-90 days.
